Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your Footfree Pillow must be returned with its original protective plastic cover intact and undamaged. Once the plastic cover has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for a full refund.

Refund options for eligible returns (plastic cover intact):

• Cash refund: A $20.00 restocking fee will be deducted to cover outbound shipping and handling costs.
• Store credit: Return for full store credit with no restocking fee — valid toward any future purchase.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
